SHIPPING

Crown Automotive offers FREE shipping on all orders, shipping will be included in every purchase. You only pay for the price of your parts. Most small packages in express is also free with some factors taken into account.

When you speak to your sales reps, let them know how fast you need your parts, and they’ll explain the options to you. Need something tomorrow? Need it next week? Not in a rush? Let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure you get the product you want when you want it.

Shipping Information

  • We pay for all shipping, freight included, on ground shipping.
  • If there are any damages or discrepancies, please let your sales representative know within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Our shipping carrier exclusively is FEDEX.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a sales order and tracking information via email for all orders.

Shipping Options

  • Ground Shipping:
    • Ground shipping is our common method of delivery, we pay for all costs within this option.
    • Delivery within contiguous U.S. takes 1-5 business days.
    • Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska requires 3-7 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping:
    • Please speak with your sales representative if you need overnight shipments, the rep will provide the information needed. If your order can be fulfilled and shipped, the fees will be billed to the customer.
  • LTL Freight:
    • Product will be shipped via FedEx LTL Freight versus FedEx Ground depending on the weight and volume of the sales order.
  • FedEx Express:
    • 2 day shipping.
    • We have an option for Saturday deliveries.
